REGISTRATION INFORAMTION

To register for Providence Creek Ballet Theater, please follow these steps:

1. Email for Placement
   Contact stephanie.artigliere@pca.k12.de.us for placement information.

2. Complete the Google Registration Form
   Fill out the Google Registration Form linked below.

3. Submit Required Fees
   Please submit the following fees:

   • Registration Fee

   • Summer Concert Costume Fee

   • First Month's Tuition

4. Payment Options:

   • Credit Card: Use k12paymentcenter.com (available for PCA students only)

   • Cash: Place in a clearly marked envelope

   • Check: Write the dancer's name on the memo line

   • Money Order

Registration

Providence Creek Ballet Theater (PCBT) welcomes students from any school who wish to train at our studio in Clayton. PCBT is an equal opportunity institution and does not discriminate based on race, gender, age, color, national origin, or sexual orientation.

To register for our academic year program, applicants are required to pay the following fees upon placement:

• Annual Registration Fee

• Summer Concert Costume Fee

• Monthly Tuition for Classes

All students must complete a Registration Form, which includes a publicity/social media release and a release of liability. 

Placement Process

Placement in PCBT classes is determined solely by our faculty. Each dancer is evaluated individually and placed in the level that best supports their growth and enhances their skills and knowledge. Please note that placement is always subject to change based on the dancer’s needs and achievements.

Students joining during the season will participate in a placement class appropriate to their previous experience and age. After the placement class, the Artistic Director will meet with the applicant and their parents/guardians to discuss the results, class schedule, and available performance opportunities and responsibilities. All placement decisions are based on ability and made at the discretion of the Artistic Director and Faculty.
