$45: 1 Hour
$65: 1.5 Hours

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment Due Dates:
Payments are due the first week of every month (no later than the 15th).
A $25 late fee will be assessed for payments received after the 15th.
A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds.
The Registration Fee is a one-time payment due each academic year (September through June).
No refunds will be issued after the start of the program for any reason.
Payment Options:
Credit Card: Payments can be made online at k12paymentcenter.com (available for PCA students only).
Check or Money Order: Make payable to PCBT and place it in the drop box outside the studio door. Include the dancer’s name and reason for payment on the memo line.
Cash: Place cash in an envelope with your dancer’s name on it and deposit it in the lockbox outside the studio door.
Discounts:
15% off of lesser tuition for an additional child in the family (living in the same household).
$5 off for a second discipline.
Tuition for New Students:
Tuition for students starting after the first of the month will be pro-rated:
1st to 15th of the month: Full month's tuition.
16th to 30th/31st of the month: Half month's tuition.
Late Pick-Up Fee:
Any parent/guardian arriving more than 5 minutes late will be charged $1 per minute.
Missed Classes:
No refunds are given for classes missed due to illness, injury, or vacation. Please contact your dancer’s teacher regarding makeup classes.
Students who discontinue classes after the first day of any month must pay for the entire month.
Notification of Discontinuation:
Please inform the studio if a student intends to stop taking classes for any length of time. Tuition fees will continue to accrue unless the Director is notified.
